Our data processing is governed by the principles of **Data Minimization** and **Purpose Limitation**. We collect only what is strictly necessary to establish a professional export relationship.

02. The Dossier: Data Collection

We process "Personal Data" and "Corporate Data" only when voluntarily submitted through our Secure Onboarding Portal:

Identity Data: Corporate Entity Name and Operation Country.
Contact Data: Official Institutional Email Address.
Commercial Intent: Product interests, application intent, and volume requirements.
Benchmarking Data: Target procurement levels and supply chain friction points.
Authentication Data: Encrypted passkeys used to secure your dashboard access.

Zero-Footprint Policy

Unlike consumer-facing platforms, Deccanmount does not engage in behavioral tracking.

— No Google Analytics or Meta Pixels.

— No third-party marketing cookies.

— No profiling of your browsing habits.

— Encrypted form data only.

03. Cookie Protocol

We utilize only **Strictly Necessary Session Cookies**. These are technical tools required to maintain your authenticated session within the portal and to protect our forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).

These cookies do not require consent under global privacy laws (GDPR/DPDP) as they are essential for the security and operation of the service you have explicitly requested.

04. Technical Security

All data in transit is protected via **SSL/TLS**, and data at rest is secured using **AES-256 encryption** via our infrastructure partners. Only authorized Deccanmount executives can access your commercial dossier.
